I have been seeing Dr. Boya Ma on a regular basis for the last 6 months. I have been very pleased with her compassionate, caring and professional attitude during my treatments. The appointments are easily scheduled and on time with minimal or no wait. The office is in an area where I feel safe, it is always clean and the rooms are comfortable and spacious.  I am a retired R.N. who has been in the medical field for over 45 years. I am very pleased with the results of my treatments. My pain has greatly decreased and my mobility has increased.

Dr. Ma is very dedicated to helping her patients. I caught a cold with dizzy fever and burning throat that tortured me with every single swallow. She tried many methods to soothe my throat: acupuncture, colorpuncture, etc. but the symptoms did not get better. She then tried cervical and vertebral traction, and I felt a current of warm force from my lower back to upper back. The throat got slightly better, and the dizziness and fever went away. The next morning after I got up, my throat was completely healed. No more burning feeling and pain! I appreciate Dr. Ma’s dedication and excellent skill.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ma for about two years now, initially because of chronic shoulder and back pain, as well as a persistent nighttime cough that I’d been having for several months. Dr. Ma has been amazing in terms of helping me with my overall state of health. My nighttime cough is completely gone and my shoulder and back pain is totally manageable and barely noticeable most days. Whenever I have a flareup, Dr. Ma is able to treat it for immediate relief. She’s even helped me get rid of my tennis elbow; I have twin toddlers and the repeated motion of picking them up really exacerbated the condition. After a few treatments Dr. Ma was able to get rid of the pain completely. I continue to see Dr. Ma on a regular basis for general maintenance and overall well-being. I would highly recommend Dr. Ma to anyone considering acupuncture treatments.
